Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a mindset of continuous learning, curiosity, and collaboration. I embrace every opportunity to expand my skills—through diverse roles, CRM certifications, and platforms like Coursera and MasterClass—while never hesitating to ask questions and learn from others. I particularly enjoy cross-department collaboration, bringing together different perspectives to solve problems and see the bigger picture.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received came from my direct manager at Michael Kors, who I really admired for the way that she managed the team and was really respectful of work-life balance. I think I came into that role with a very hustle mentality, and she kind of saw the signs that that wasn't a very sustainable way of working. She definitely helped me shift my mindset about the way that I approached work and making it less intense and less work, work, work. That lesson about sustainable work practices and maintaining balance has really stuck with me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to dive in with curiosity and confidence. Embrace collaboration, stay up to date on emerging technologies—especially in marketing and AI—and never hesitate to ask questions. Don’t be afraid to explore different industries; the skills and insights you gain in one area can often be applied in others, making the work both dynamic and rewarding.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both work and life are connection, collaboration, and giving back. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve been focused on building my network, engaging with lifecycle marketing and email communities, and supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge and resources. I’m also passionate about environmental causes—actively donating to The Nature Conservancy—and advocating for women’s education, contributing wherever I can to make a meaningful impact.
