Lindsay Gray

Founder and CEO of Catalyst Advisory, providing executive coaching and organizational advisory services focused on culture building, leadership and team development, program design, and strategic capacity building for leaders, entrepreneurs, law firms, nonprofits, and purpose-driven organizations. Previously founded VECINA, supporting immigrant justice advocates through attorney mentoring, community education, and volunteer mobilization. Immigration attorney and former law firm leader with experience across family- and employment-based matters, deportation defense, waivers, and federal immigration litigation, including roles as Founding Attorney of Gray Law, PLLC and Partner at Whitlock & Gray, LLC. Also served as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, teaching immigration law.
