My advice to young women entering this industry is to keep going, focus on building strong client relationships, deeply understand the sales process and customer needs, and consistently deliver value beyond the initial sale.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is navigating career advancement while continuing to develop expertise and deliver exceptional value to clients.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are client partnership, accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, integrity, and results-driven performance, and outside of work, I love spending time with my kids, traveling, and skiing—especially looking forward to an upcoming ski trip to Japan.
