About Lindsay
Lindsay Kertesz serves as Director Workplace Experience for Cushman and Wakefield on the MetLife account, overseeing workplace experience across all U.S. corporate offices. She manages internal hospitality services including food service, cafes, catering, coffee, fitness centers, mail services, and internal events for employee engagement. Kertesz earned a degree in marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology after attending fashion school for four years, split between Los Angeles and New York. Her career began in hospitality with a New York-based group operating restaurants nationwide, where she spent ten years overseeing front-of-house operations and became a managing partner. She later moved to CBRE for three years on an investment bank account before joining her current role nearly four years ago. Kertesz is a member of the New York Restaurant Association and serves on the steering committee for its emerging leaders group, focusing on expanding hospitality concepts beyond traditional restaurants.
