About Lindsay
I've been in the staffing industry for about seven years now, and it's been an incredible journey. I started as a sales rep in early 2019 and really fell in love with helping clients and creating custom solutions for their workforce needs. I moved up through the ranks, serving as a regional sales manager for about five years before stepping into my current role as director about a year and a half ago. In my day-to-day work, I meet with my team to set everyone up for success, jump on calls with clients to check in on how everything is going, and spend time prospecting by attending networking events and meeting with HR managers and CEOs. We dive deep into what their pain points are, whether it's training, overtime issues, or finding individuals with the right quality and skill set. Then we use our AI models to search all the major platforms to find those candidates, whether they're local or need to be transferred from other states, and help connect them to that talent so they can be successful in their business. What makes this work so rewarding for me is seeing the impact on people's lives. I still talk to people today that I placed in their first role several years ago, and now they've moved up to become managers and decision-makers at their companies. It's amazing to see that growth and know I played a part in it. On the client side, it's equally fulfilling to see stressed-out, short-staffed companies running smoothly with more than enough people to handle everything they need.
