What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to following my passions and staying open to always learning new things. I started college thinking I wanted to be on-air, however during my internship, I discovered sales and promotions. I leaned in that direction and never stopped. From Intern to Account Executive to Revenue Development to General Sales Manager, I’ve learned so many things along the way and used all of those positions in everything I do to this day.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Keep Going”. When you are at your highest point...keep going. Even when things get rough...keep going right through it. You'll come out stronger on the other end. Always.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be confident. It's definitely the key to unlocking your future.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are respect, family, and honesty.
