About Lindsay
Lindsay Waldron serves as clinical director at Jacksonville Outpatient Detox in Jacksonville, Florida. After earning an MBA in 2002 and working in the mortgage industry for more than 20 years in roles including processor, underwriter, and sales, she returned to her roots in social work. She holds a bachelor's degree in social work and completed a second master's degree in social work summa cum laude. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), she previously worked in dialysis social work before transitioning to her current role in addictions treatment. Waldron is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and attributes her success to her passion for the work, guided by her belief in Tikkun Olam, the principle of leaving the world better than she found it. She supports causes related to ALS, end-stage kidney disease, addictions, and Alzheimer's.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Honestly, passion. I'm very passionate about the work I do, and that saying of if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. That is my life.
