With a career spanning enterprise software, data platforms, and digital transformation, Lindsey has held senior roles at Algolia, Salesforce, and Overground Cloud Services. Her contributions include building scalable GTM motions, launching emerging verticals, leading high-performing sales organizations, and closing some of the largest ARR deals in company history. She is widely regarded for her expertise in AI readiness, search and discovery technologies, enterprise architecture, and the operational frameworks that companies need to adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Lindsey earned her bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of North Georgia, graduating cum laude and serving in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations for Kappa Delta Sorority. The best career advice I’ve ever received is to not overthink things—keep it simple, but be able to speak about it with clarity and intellectual confidence.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I advise young women entering this industry to bring confidence and conviction to the table. Be articulate, trust your voice, and never be intimidated by being the only woman in the room.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—I see in the field right now is the increasing persuasiveness of AI and the need to thoughtfully balance technological advancement with human judgment. The real opportunity lies in marrying human nature with emerging technologies in a way that enhances, rather than replaces, human decision-making.
