Lindsey Fluehr

Lindsey Fluehr serves as VP of Operations for a container company in Camden, New Jersey. With 23 years of experience in the industry and 15 years in her current role, she manages all day-to-day operations including new hires, billing accuracy for accounts receivable and payable, logistics for trucking, order fulfillment, sales calls, and ensuring staff compensation. Fluehr started her career handling HR duties and accounts receivable/payable before advancing through marketing and into HR leadership as Director of HR, ultimately rising to vice president of operations. She earned a pre-law degree from NYU and completed three years of law school there, in addition to studying business at the University of West Indies. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Fluehr is passionate about volunteering with the homeless and at a local thrift store that supports homeless children.
