Lindsey Minto

Lindsey (Gideon) Minto is an accomplished marketing leader and International MBA graduate from Purdue University and TIAS School for Business and Society. She currently serves as Manager of Revision Knee Marketing at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. With more than a decade of experience in global product marketing and commercialization, Lindsey is known for developing smart, efficient solutions that improve the surgical experience for medical professionals and enhance outcomes for patients and healthcare teams. Her expertise lies in driving operational efficiency, leading high-impact product launches, and translating complex medical innovations into strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Throughout her career, Lindsey has earned recognition for her strategic vision and ability to execute large-scale initiatives. At Stryker, alongside a broad team of cross functional partners, she spearheaded the launch of a groundbreaking revision knee product, an effort that took years of development and strong collaboration. The product went on to outperform revenue expectation by 4x in its first year. Her leadership helped the team achieve at or above all key milestones ahead of schedule. Her work on this launch earned her multiple awards including the 2024 Knee Performance Excellence award, the 2024 Sales Support Excellence award and was runner up for the Commercialization Plan Execution award at the 2025 Marketing Summit. Lindsey’s goal has always been to create streamlined, sustainable solutions that help to improve patient care.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lindsey is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement. She actively participates in Stryker Women’s Network and the WISE Program, empowering women in healthcare and leadership. She also gives back through her alma mater’s Benny’s in Business mentorship program, guiding future professionals to reach their full potential.
