							Lindsey (Gideon) Minto is an accomplished marketing leader and International MBA graduate from Purdue University and TIAS School for Business and Society. She currently serves as Manager of Revision Knee Marketing at Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. With more than a decade of experience in global product marketing and commercialization, Lindsey is known for developing smart, efficient solutions that improve the surgical experience for doctors and enhance outcomes for patients and healthcare teams. Her expertise lies in driving operational efficiency, leading high-impact product launches, and translating complex medical innovations into strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has earned recognition for her strategic vision and ability to execute large-scale initiatives. At Stryker, she spearheaded the launch of a groundbreaking revision knee product, an effort that took years of development and collaboration and went on to outperform expectations by millions in its first year. Her leadership helped the team achieve key milestones ahead of schedule, earning her multiple awards for product excellence and marketing innovation. Lindsey’s goal has always been to create streamlined, sustainable solutions that make medical workflows more efficient for surgeons and everyone involved in patient care.
