Lindsey Grieves is a seasoned healthcare operations professional with extensive experience in medical practice administration and project management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in optimizing practice performance, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams to deliver efficient, patient-centered care. Her professional focus spans operations management, team management, physician relations, and strategic business development, making her a respected leader in the healthcare industry.

Ms. Grieves has held supervisory and management roles since 2014, most recently serving as Practice Administrator at Care New England. Among her notable accomplishments, she successfully opened and expanded an endocrinology practice from a single location with 1.2 full-time equivalents (FTEs) to two locations with seven FTEs of providers within a year. Her leadership in cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and business analysis has consistently driven growth and operational excellence.

A dedicated lifelong learner, Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Southern New Hampshire University and is just three classes away from completing her MBA with a focus on Project Management and Strategic Planning.
