Lindsey Hora

She is an experienced nursing and healthcare leadership professional with a strong background in Magnet designation, care coordination, patient safety, staff engagement, public health, case management, and clinical education. She currently works as Magnet Program Director at Kaiser Permanente, where she supports the hospital’s Magnet application, nursing engagement, professional advancement, and patient safety initiatives. Her previous experience includes nurse coordination for a coordinated care program, COVID-19 project management with the Boston Public Health Commission, registered nursing at Groton School, and case management at Lahey Health.
