Lindsey Morales

Lindsey Morales serves as the head of sales and partnerships at Online Access. In this role she oversees the development of a partner portal that provides added value to clients through special offers from vendors in the HVAC, plumbing, and home services sectors. She previously spent six years as a stay-at-home mom while teaching fitness on the side, then worked for a year in social media helping launch a new department, followed by two years at Gateway church in Dallas with the Business Leaders Ministry where she helped develop and launch new software. Morales then spent a couple of years at another ministry building similar programs and began coaching, which led her to obtain Gallup Strength Coaching certification and launch a side business offering team-building and strengths-based coaching focused on recognizing and properly directing personal strengths. She is a member of Women in HVACR and Global Marketplace Leaders. Morales enjoys supporting others' visions as a number-two leader and is passionate about empowering women who may feel it is too late to pursue a career after time away from the workforce.
