About Lindsey
Lindsey Thompson serves as a consultant on a large-scale value-based enterprise project with Cardiovascular Associates of America in Phoenix, Arizona. With a career spanning more than 14 years in cardiology since 2012, she began as a radiology tech for five years before transitioning to cardiac ultrasound as an echo tech. Thompson advanced into administrative and clinical roles in structural heart programs and later built and grew a service line at Honor Health, increasing revenue from $100 million to $350 million over 22 years with the organization. She subsequently took a VP role at a private equity firm managing acquisitions between Phoenix and Las Vegas before returning to a patient-focused environment in her current position. Thompson earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue after completing X-ray tech and echo tech programs. Among her notable achievements, she founded the first dedicated Women's Heart Health Program at Honor Health in the Phoenix metropolitan area, and she has been featured in media campaigns and other recognitions.
