About Linsey
Linsey Gessner is a solo entrepreneur specializing in entertainment education and based in Louisville, Kentucky. A 2004 graduate of the Chicago College of Performing Arts where she majored in theater, she spent more than five years as a teaching artist at Stage 1 Family Theater, using her performing background to create immersive learning experiences that bring educational topics to life through acting and storytelling. She is currently developing the docuseries Art Heals a Nation, for which she is raising funds to travel cross-country interviewing artists about the healing power of art and its role in building community. In addition to this project, Linsey provides creative advertising, videography, and coaching services to help others enhance their brands, and she contributes free work to nonprofits to expand her portfolio and network. She recently connected with the group Women for Win and is seeking team members passionate about entertainment and education to join her efforts.
