Her Interview
Ten minutes with Lisa
01What do you attribute your success to?
My faith has played a major role in my success. It is the backbone and foundation of who I am. Every opportunity has been part of God's plan, and He has been faithful. I try to listen and pay attention to the doors He is opening.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never stop learning and always be adaptable. The industry changes so much. I started faxing press releases and now social media didn't exist when I began. Be willing to learn how things change.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI presents challenges by leveling the playing field so everyone thinks they are a marketer, but it cannot replace true marketers with years of knowledge and strategy. However, AI presents opportunities as a tool for solo entrepreneurs to get work done faster without a full staff.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith drives everything I do, both business and personally. It provides the structure and framework for all my other values.
