Lisa is recognized for her perseverance, dedication, and ability to excel in a male-dominated field, using her experience to mentor colleagues and foster operational excellence. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to having a strong support system—my husband, my mother, and my family. My mom instilled in me a solid work ethic and the determination to never give up.

If you want to do it, be prepared for challenges. It will not be easy, but with hard work, perseverance, and focus, you can succeed. Don’t let anyone discourage you—stay the course and believe in yourself.
