01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say to find a process that works for you. When I first went into sales, I thought that I was picking up where the previous salesperson left off. And that's not where it was. Not at all what it is. So, for 3 months or so, I was chasing my tail, trying to find out where the previous person was, without having had the benefit of ever meeting them. So, I wasted a lot of time where I could have been focusing on building my own structure and finding my own process, which is really what sales is. Build those relationships. Networking is the way of the future, there's no doubt. And the way of now.
