01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think the advice that I would give to her is to lean into other people, lean into other leaders who have experience and who are strong, and to learn from them. Sometimes we also like we want to remake the will but we don't necessarily need to do that. What we can do is take that information and those learnings from other people and then grow them. So that would be my advice is just lean into people who've had more experience and let them mentor you let them teach you and grow with them.
