01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I would say it's to make sure you're happy in what you're doing, because You're going to be doing that job for a long, long time. And so you should really love it, and do what you want to do, and not what Others think you should do.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say go for it. I think a lot of times that, you know, I read this article that said women will not apply for a job unless they feel like they meet all of the characteristics and requirements needed. But that's not certainly true, because you can interview, you can have a connection, show your ability to learn. Willing to improve, and, you know, don't let that stop you. And even that one connection might help you get a future job, if not that role.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The challenges would be that there are So many opportunities to do more. It's like, where Where do you start? Because within the pharmaceutical industry, there's always new changes, New ideas out there, and I think it's focusing, because as a smaller organization, we are a mighty team, and we want to accomplish so much. So it's really making sure to focus in on a specific area. ... the biggest opportunity is to reach more and more customers and get information out to them about our products. Because there's a A lot of people, and it's setting up the best time to meet with them, and seeing that we meet the needs of their customers. And their patience.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
So, I would say integrity, doing the right thing. being hardworking, also enjoying life. Sometimes I feel like you'll get so wrapped up in something else, and you need to To let things go. So just taking taking the moment to just enjoy each success that you have.
