About Lisa
Lisa Dahm serves as an adjunct professor at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where she teaches three courses each semester, including a contract negotiations drafting class she created. She is also an attorney at law with a focus on healthcare regulatory matters. With more than 50 years in the healthcare industry, Dahm began her career after graduating from Duke University with a double major in biology and psychology. She earned her JD in 1995, graduating magna cum laude, and later obtained an LLM in health law from the University of Houston. Her professional background encompasses healthcare IT, where she started the HIPAA regulatory practice, along with extensive experience in contract negotiations and consulting roles.
