Lisa Diamond

I'm the president and CEO of a small, diverse IT consulting company based in central Pennsylvania. We're about 54 people total, and we're proudly women-owned - I'm a shareholder along with one other female shareholder, and between the two of us, we make up the majority. Our leadership team is 60% women, which in IT, a very male-dominated field, is a pretty remarkable statistic. We're all about supporting women and empowering women. We do a lot of state and local government IT consulting work, and a lot of times there's carve-outs for small, diverse businesses, and that's primarily the business that we do. We've built our niche in human services and child welfare. I work hybrid but I'm in the office most days of the week. As president and CEO, a lot of my day now is less about doing the work and more about managing the work, directing the work, and setting the vision. I spend time with the various teams under me, ensuring that they have everything that they need in order to be successful.
