About Lisa

Lisa Endicott owns a PR and marketing agency, which she has led for 27 years after 30 years in the field. The agency maintains an international scope with multiple offices and hubs primarily in the Southwest, West, and mountain states of the U.S. It specializes in hospitality, entrepreneurship, real estate, arts and entertainment, and both national and local nonprofits, offering full-service marketing including earned, paid, and owned media. Endicott holds a journalism degree with studies in TV, film, news and public affairs, broadcast, and newspaper. Prior to founding her agency at age 24, she worked in software, commercial real estate, broadcast, and past media, and served as a sports reporter while starting an events company, booking agency, and record label. She has mentored hundreds and thousands of people through speaking and student mentoring. Her professional affiliations include three years on the Board of Visitors for the Hockaday School, her alma mater, as well as the Public Relations Society of America, Texas Grammy chapter, Addifa Dallas Style Council Ambassador for 2024-2025, and the local Dallas chapter of Industry Foundations Fighting AIDS. In fall of 2022, she was named a Women Who Mean Business honoree by the Houston Business Journal. Endicott emphasizes values of honesty, keeping agreements, staying positive, faith, family, work, and friends, along with a strong work ethic.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Having drive, having persistence, showing up no matter what, putting excuses aside. Hard work ethic is very important. Values are very important.
