What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the entrepreneurial spirit that has been a cornerstone of my family. Growing up surrounded by family members who built and managed their own businesses instilled in me a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for innovation. Their example taught me the value of dedication, strategic thinking, and the courage to take calculated risks lessons that continue to guide my professional journey and drive my commitment to excellence.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be the learner. Embracing a mindset of continuous growth has allowed me to adapt, innovate, and stay ahead in an ever-changing professional landscape. By remaining curious, open to feedback, and committed to expanding my knowledge, I’ve been able to seize opportunities, overcome challenges, and consistently elevate my contributions.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace a mindset of constant learning and to never fear failure. Every misstep is an opportunity to grow, gain insight, and develop resilience. By staying curious, thinking creatively, and approaching challenges with confidence, you can innovate, stand out, and build a meaningful, impactful career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it remains largely male-dominated, which can create barriers in terms of representation, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. At the same time, this presents a significant opportunity: by bringing diverse perspectives, fostering inclusivity, and demonstrating leadership, women can drive innovation, shape the culture, and open doors for the next generation of professionals.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me, both in my work and personal life, are hard work and integrity. I believe in dedicating myself fully to every task and challenge while maintaining honesty, transparency, and ethical standards in all interactions. These principles guide my decisions, build trust, and ensure that I make a meaningful and positive impact in everything I do.
