She values keeping one's word above all, as trust is foundational to all relationships. Her advice to young women is to pick a niche and focus intently on serving that market to stand out.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Lisa

01What do you attribute your success to?

My personality is one where I'm just very driven, and I don't give up. Quitters never win, and winners never quit.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

To persevere, because you only lose when you quit.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Pick a niche and stand out in the crowd. Choose one niche of a market that you want to serve, and just focus on them.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The opportunity is AI, which makes life easier as a content creator. The challenge is you can't just copy and paste something out of AI and use it in your content because that's cheating. AI is a fabulous creative partner but not the decision maker in your business.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Always keep your word. Always do what you say you're gonna do, even when you don't feel like it. Your word is what helps people be able to trust you. And without trust, you don't have anything.
