About Lisa
Lisa Gray owns and operates two businesses in Fort Lauderdale, Florida: BespokeMGMT.com, which provides association management services, and BellissimoRealty.com, a real estate brokerage and property management firm. She began her career over 30 years ago in multifamily property management, working with major developers and corporate entities before transitioning in the early 2000s to condominium conversions, where she established systems for managing rentals and associations for investor owners. After gaining entrepreneurial experience, she founded her own companies five years ago. Gray returned to education later in her career, earning a hospitality degree and an MBA from Florida International University in 2018, graduating summa cum laude and receiving the World's Ahead acknowledgement as well as an exceptional leadership award from her peers and professors. She is a member of the Board of Realtors and the Community Association Institute. In addition to her professional work, Gray supports causes including Abandoned Pet Rescue, Athlete University, and the Isaac Hibber Scholarship through donations and occasional volunteer efforts.
