About Lisa
Lisa Gray is a journalist and media entrepreneur with nearly 10 years of experience building platforms that amplify Asian American voices. She serves as founder and producer of Dragon Eagle TV, the A-P-I-A News Network and AEPI Voice, a media platform dedicated to advocating for the Asian American community. After earning a bachelor's degree in journalism through studies at Oxford and other schools in England, she worked as a producer for the BBC. Gray also serves on boards of organizations supporting immigrants and the Asian American community and created a 501 non-profit organization. She has received congressional and presidential recognition for her work.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my beliefs and my ability to bring people together. I believe in love and peace, and bringing people together, not only in our own nation but globally. I am acting on that by working with others to create a non-for-profit organization with one word, one mission to fulfill that mission.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid. If you want to be somebody, just go ahead and chase your dream, and don't ever give up. Have confidence. Be yourself and believe in yourself. You are the best in your own way. Try to be better every day, not better than somebody else.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is most important to me, more than work. I am very family-oriented. Hard work, showing love, and love for the family are key. Love is very important for me.
