I attribute my success to faith and guidance—God is my CEO—and to using intuition in every decision I make. I rely on perseverance, a broad practical grounding across title, legal, and sales functions, and building long-term relationships with clients. I always ensure I am present where I am most needed, which has consistently opened doors and created opportunities throughout my career.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The real estate market can be very challenging for buyers, particularly in competitive conditions where they may feel “pummeled.” At the same time, there is great opportunity in serving diverse needs, including rentals, sales, commercial, and legal/title issues. Being adaptable and responsive to client needs is critical for success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith and spirituality guide my work and life; I also value professionalism, intuition, and serving clients through relationship-building. I treat my business as a full-time, professional endeavor, and I prioritize being where I am most needed to help clients achieve their goals. Balancing family involvement, personal hobbies like gardening and sailing, and my daughters’ pursuits is also central to my life values.
