01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to staying curious, never assuming I have all the answers, and surrounding myself with people I can learn from. Throughout my career, I've sought out mentors, asked a lot of questions, and believed that collaboration consistently leads to better decisions than trying to solve every challenge alone. I also believe in leading with authenticity, treating people with respect, and following through on my commitments. Those principles have shaped my career and continue to guide me as I build CORH Group.
