Lisa began her professional journey in Human Resources before transitioning into procurement, where she discovered her passion for Supply Chain operations. Over the years, she has worked with organizations such as Bon Secours Mercy Health, UGN, Inc., and BGR, gaining hands-on experience in managing purchasing processes and supplier relationships, including international sourcing.
