As an Executive Vice President of Marketing and National Account Retirement Sales, she brings a wealth of expertise in building and leading high-performing teams while fostering collaborative relationships across departments. Her strategic leadership extends beyond traditional sales roles, having served on company strategic committees and as a board chair for a foundation. Her expertise in retirement planning and financial wellness is evident through her numerous speaking engagements and educational workshops.

Throughout her career at Mutual of America Financial Group, she held several executive positions, including Executive Vice President of National Accounts and Senior Vice President of National Accounts, where she demonstrated exceptional skill in driving retirement plan sales nationwide. Her professional background also includes successful roles as a Licensed Personal Banker, P&C/Life Insurance Agent, Director of Sales in new construction, and Tech Sales Executive.

A natural relationship builder and strategic thinker, she excels at developing solutions for clients while mentoring and coaching sales teams to reach their full potential. Her experience includes establishing new sales divisions, managing sales forecasts, and overseeing VP and SVP level executives across sales, marketing, and client experience functions.

She holds FINRA licenses Series 6, 63, and 26, as well as Life and Health insurance and Property and Casualty insurance licenses.

Grounded in her faith and family values, she resides in Ohio with her husband, three sons, and two Boston terriers. Their family shares a passion for sports, particularly football, where her husband serves as a coach and all three sons are active players. Together, they enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and creating lasting family memories.
