What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women entering this industry to embrace the flexibility it offers, stay open to learning, and recognize the many opportunities for growth, leadership, and shaping a career that fits both their professional goals and personal lives. Healthcare is always advancing and stimulating.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are service, compassion, and humility, shaped by my experiences on medical missions in underserved communities where providing care with limited resources is both challenging and deeply rewarding. Those moments reinforced my commitment to using my skills to help others and to never take access to quality medical care for granted.
