Lisa Osborn
Lisa Osborn is a creative, community-driven entrepreneur whose career reflects her passion for design, hospitality, and meaningful connection. As the owner of Graze Craze Downtown San Diego, she brings people together through beautifully curated charcuterie and grazing experiences that celebrate life’s moments with intention and artistry. Building this business from the ground up has allowed her to merge creativity with service in a way that feels both purposeful and deeply personal.
With 13 years of experience in residential window treatments and motorized shade solutions, Lisa is also widely respected for her expertise in home technology and design. Her foundation in interior design—along with her earlier degree in psychology—gives her a unique ability to understand not just how a space functions, but how it makes people feel. This dual perspective allows her to create home environments that are both visually harmonious and deeply supportive of her clients’ lifestyles.
Lisa’s journey is rooted in reinvention, resilience, and a dedication to growth. She has built and rebuilt her career across multiple industries, always returning to her core strengths: creativity, connection, and elevating everyday experiences. In 2025, she trained for—and successfully hiked—Half Dome in Yosemite, a milestone that reflects her determination, discipline, and willingness to push beyond comfort zones.
Whether she is crafting a grazing display that sets the tone for a celebration or guiding homeowners through a thoughtful shade and design process, Lisa leads with authenticity, heart, and a deep commitment to her community. She is passionate about empowering women, supporting small businesses, and embracing the courage it takes to evolve at every stage of life. Through each chapter, she continues to embody her belief that beauty, intention, and human connection can transform both spaces and experiences

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to following my passions and embracing new challenges, even when the path required courage. My love for interior design shaped the early part of my career, where I poured my creativity and dedication into every project. More recently, stepping into my passion for catering and launching Graze Craze has allowed me to grow in new ways and continue doing what I love.
At the heart of it all is resilience, intuition, and the support of my family—reminding me that when you follow what lights you up, success naturally follows.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was this: trust your gut and don’t be afraid to say yes before you feel “ready.” Growth happens when you lean into the opportunities that stretch you. That simple mindset has guided every major step in my career—and it’s never steered me wrong.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe deeply in your abilities, stand up for yourself, and remember that you are worthy of every opportunity you pursue. When you know your value, you lead with confidence—and doors open.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in both the design and catering industries is standing out in a crowded market while keeping up with constantly shifting client expectations. But within that challenge lies the greatest opportunity: people are craving personalization, authenticity, and elevated experiences.
By combining creativity, strong relationships, and a commitment to quality, there’s tremendous room to innovate, differentiate, and build lasting brand loyalty.
