I attribute my success to a combination of curiosity, dedication, and a passion for making a meaningful impact. My journey began with a love for animal science, which inspired my early research and academic pursuits. After moving to Las Vegas, I transitioned into a career as a construction and work planner in a nuclear facility, where I discovered a deep appreciation for project management, leadership, and operational excellence. Earning my MBA further strengthened my skills and perspective, allowing me to combine technical expertise with strategic planning. I find this work incredibly rewarding, as it allows me to contribute to high-stakes projects while fostering leadership, awareness, and a culture of accountability.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never let anyone make you feel replaceable. It’s a reminder to value your skills, expertise, and contributions, to advocate for yourself, and to approach every role with confidence and integrity.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are passion, dedication, and connection. I love staying active through tennis, giving back through volunteering, and caring for my pets, which reflects my commitment and nurturing nature. I also embrace entrepreneurship, as seen in my goal of opening my own pizza business, which allows me to combine creativity, leadership, and community engagement.
