01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Everything that is worth it in this life does not come easy. Take things one step at a time and tell yourself that you can do the hard things. Tell yourself that you deserve to be there. You deserve to be at any table, in any room, and you bring something unique as yourself with your perspective to any job you have. You bring your own unique perspective and that matters, and we need your perspective at the table, so keep on keeping on. I tell that to a lot of my college students, especially minorities, immigrants, and first-generation immigrants, to emphasize that you bring your own unique perspective.
