Lisa Richardson

Dedicated ministry leader, community mentor, and communications professional with extensive experience in faith-based leadership, youth development, event coordination, and community engagement. Since 2014, she has served with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as the South Coastal Area Representative for Southern Beaufort County, where she leads ministry initiatives focused on serving students, coaches, schools, and local communities through sports-centered Christian outreach. In this role, he oversees ministry operations, coordinates leadership development programs, organizes community and campus events, facilitates Bible studies, and mentors volunteers and student leaders to promote character development and spiritual growth. In addition to his ministry work, she is also active in media and community communications as a television interview show host with WHHI-TV, covering local events, community programs, and on-location interviews throughout the region. His engaging communication style and strong community relationships have helped strengthen outreach efforts and local engagement initiatives. Previously, he served as Director of Children’s Ministry Programs at First Baptist Church Hilton Head Island, where she led children’s Christian education, school and camp programming, and youth-focused ministry activities for seven years. Earlier in his career, she gained professional experience in human resources management and staffing, as well as convention and banquet coordination with Hyatt Regency, developing strong organizational, leadership, and event planning skills. Known for his passion for mentoring young people, strengthening communities, and leading purpose-driven programs, she combines faith-centered leadership with strong communication and organizational expertise to positively impact individuals, families, and local organizations throughout South Carolina and beyond.
