01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in healthcare today is navigating the constant evolution of technology while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care. My advice to others in the field is simple but powerful: never give up, take it one day at a time, and remember that your background doesn’t define your potential. You have a voice, a talent, and you are here for a reason.
