Lisa Wang

Lisa Wang is a seasoned professional in healthcare facility planning, design, and construction at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she has worked for 31 years. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon after developing an early interest in design and building, guided toward architecture by her counselor. In her role, Lisa collaborates closely with clinical teams, IT, environmental services, security, and other departments, as well as external architects, construction managers, and manufacturers to develop solutions that enhance patient care and workplace environments. She has grown alongside her department, which evolved from facility management to a larger planning, design, and construction group, and she continues to pursue her architectural license along with certifications in evidence-based design and AI applications.
