Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never be afraid to pursue anything that excites me. No matter what path I choose, I should not let anyone deter me from chasing my dreams.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to be fearless and unafraid to forge their own paths. If something feels right in your heart, pursue it wholeheartedly and let the results follow naturally.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is maintaining competency across generations. Some members of the older generation can be resistant to embracing new technologies and modern approaches, while certain younger professionals may assume they know more than their more experienced colleagues. Navigating and bridging these differences can be a significant challenge—but it also presents an opportunity to foster collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning across the workforce.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, accountability, and compassion. These principles guide my decisions, interactions, and the way I strive to make a positive impact on others.
