About Lisette

I am a bioanalytical sciences and project management leader with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Project Management at Immunologix Laboratories, a role I have held since January 2026, where I lead project management initiatives and drive the successful delivery of bioanalytical services. Prior to this role, I served as Associate Director of Bioanalytical Sciences for over a year, and as Bioanalytical Principal Investigator for over five years, where I led bioanalytical studies and provided technical expertise.

Before joining Immunologix, I spent over three years at MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC in progressively responsible roles, including Manager I of Assay Services for nearly two years, where I managed pre-sales, project management, and technical review, and developed fit-for-purpose biomarker and intracellular assays utilizing MSD technology, and Scientist I of Assay Development for nearly two years, where I focused on assay development and validation.

Earlier in my career, I spent over six years as a PhD Graduate Student and Teaching Assistant at Georgetown University, where I conducted research involving biophysical characterization of small molecules binding to intrinsically disordered proteins, a class of proteins prevalent in multiple diseases, and served as a teaching assistant for general chemistry and biochemistry, designing and preparing labs and lessons. I also served as Undergraduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida for nearly two years, where I conducted undergraduate research involving engineering cysteine mutations within the protein prorenin and served as a teaching assistant for general chemistry.

I hold a PhD from Georgetown University, where I conducted research on intrinsically disordered proteins, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.

Across my career in bioanalytical sciences, project management, and drug discovery, my work has been driven by a commitment to advancing scientific research, delivering high-quality bioanalytical services, and leading teams to achieve impactful results. Whether I am managing bioanalytical studies, developing assays, or mentoring the next generation of scientists, I bring a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven approach that has made a lasting impact on the organizations and projects I have served. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue leading bioanalytical and project management excellence at Immunologix Laboratories.
