She is an accomplished social services leader and corrections administrator with over twelve years of experience at the Cook County Sheriff's Department, where she currently serves as Deputy Director of Women's Services. In this role, she oversees programs and services supporting justice-involved women, after advancing through positions including Clinical Program Manager, Women's Program Specialist, Program Coordinator, Education Coordinator, and Social Worker. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Social Work Intern at the WestCare Foundation, an Intern at the Gateway Foundation, a Group Facilitator at the South Suburban Family Shelter, and a Case Manager at the Plows Council on Aging. Her career reflects a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable populations, advancing women's services in the justice system, and creating pathways to rehabilitation and long-term success.
