Her Story

About Liv

Liv Shine is a Los Angeles-based fashion and beauty creator, entrepreneur, founder, and real estate investor, and the Founder and CEO of CCLA Agency (Creator Club LA). Her career began in the beauty industry as a salon owner in Israel, where she developed a passion for creativity, self-expression, and empowering women. After relocating to the United States, Liv reinvented her professional path and launched her YouTube channel in 2018, using beauty, personal storytelling, and digital content to establish a new platform for her work.

In 2019, Liv expanded her approach through mentorship and began treating content creation as a business, developing greater expertise in strategy, branding, consistency, and audience engagement. Her experience ultimately led to the creation of CCLA Agency, a PR, marketing, mentorship, and talent development platform that helps creators, entrepreneurs, and business owners transform visibility into meaningful opportunities and sustainable growth. Through CCLA, Liv brings together personal branding, content strategy, public relations, community, and talent development.

Today, Liv continues to build across beauty, media, entrepreneurship, and real estate while developing opportunities in television and digital storytelling. Her leadership philosophy centers on ownership, authenticity, intentional growth, and helping others recognize their potential. As a mother and entrepreneur, she is particularly passionate about encouraging women to build confidence, pursue financial independence, and create businesses and lives that reflect their own values and ambitions.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Liv

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, consistency, and my willingness to embrace reinvention. I have learned to navigate challenges, invest in myself, seek mentorship, and continue moving forward even when I do not have everything figured out. I believe in combining creativity with strategy, understanding my value, and approaching every opportunity with intention. Most importantly, I remain committed to continuous growth and building work that creates meaningful opportunities for myself, my family, and others.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to start before I feel completely ready and remain committed to learning along the way. I have learned that I do not need to have everything figured out before taking the first step; clarity often comes through experience, mentorship, and consistency. I was also taught to look beyond visibility and focus on building something sustainable, understanding my value, developing strong business skills, and creating opportunities that can grow over time.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering my industry to believe in their voice, start before they feel completely ready, and remain open to learning and evolving. Do not focus only on being visible; learn the business behind your craft, understand your value, build your personal brand intentionally, and pursue ownership wherever possible. Seek mentors, stay consistent, and do not allow your background or past experiences to define your future. Most importantly, create a career that reflects who you are and the life you want to build.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in my field is the continued growth of the creator economy and the ability for creators to turn their personal brands into sustainable businesses. At the same time, the industry is becoming more competitive, making it important to stand out through authenticity, strategy, consistency, and strong business knowledge. I see tremendous potential at the intersection of beauty, personal branding, digital media, and entrepreneurship, particularly as more creators move beyond content creation to develop their own products, services, communities, and companies.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are authenticity, integrity, resilience, growth, and ownership. I believe in being honest, treating people with respect, taking responsibility for my choices, and continuously learning and evolving. In both my work and personal life, I value meaningful relationships, independence, and creating opportunities for others. I strive to lead with intention and build a life and career that reflect my values while making a positive and lasting impact.
