Her Interview
Ten minutes with Liz
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success has come through the faithfulness of the Lord God Almighty, the leadership of the Holy Spirit, and the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. The Lord has abundantly blessed my life with three children, generosity in spirit, and the skills of perseverance, self-discipline, resilience, and grit.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Rely on God, lean on your network, never stop learning and growing.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Devote yourself to God first, then family, and finally your career. Make time to care for your body and physical health, even when time seems scarce. Rely on God's promise He is working all things for the good of those who love Him.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The marketing landscape is changing at break neck pace. Staying on top of marketing strategies with the heavy influence of AI is an ongoing process and a moving target. Adaptability and resilience are the leadership skills required.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My values are faith, love, loyalty, adventure, grit, and beauty. In that order.
