01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

For me, the best advice that I would give them is to always lead by example, make sure you put your best foot forward, try to find somebody that you know you can always lean on. It's very important to have somebody that when you're having a bad day try to be able to call them ask for advice try to talk to them and then even on the good days you know also reach out to them and let them know what happened what was great about that great day that you had as well because you have to share those moments. Whether it's a bad day or a good day you know because it's important for them to know about it. But always put your best foot forward and you know sometimes you gotta let those things out whether it's good whether it's bad. And find the people that you can really lean on whether it's family whether it's friends or somebody at work you know and you gotta sometimes let the bad things go because you're gonna have those days you're gonna have bad days but you gotta let them go and you gotta focus in on what's going on and you gotta make the best out of everything.
