Liza Stancliff is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at CallCore Media, where she leverages a decade of hands-on call center experience to drive consumer engagement, strengthen brand performance, and build high-impact operational strategies. She began her career as a call center agent and quickly earned recognition for her natural leadership, operational insight, and ability to optimize complex workflows. Over just four years, she advanced through roles including Floor Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, and Global Operations Manager before stepping into her current director-level position. Today, she partners with clients to design exclusive, compliant, and results-driven campaigns while ensuring their customer journey is grounded in empathy, quality, and connection.

Known for her motherly, people-first leadership style, Liza brings a unique blend of professionalism, humor, and heart to every environment she enters—whether she’s guiding large operations teams, coaching supervisors, or helping clients uncover the root of their retention challenges. Her approach is rooted in authenticity and service: she doesn’t focus on selling clients; instead, she focuses on understanding their needs and solving their problems. Liza’s passion for operational excellence is matched by her commitment to mentorship, continuous improvement, and building teams that feel supported, capable, and proud of their work. Her marketing skills—self-taught through perseverance and experience—remain one of the accomplishments she is most proud of.

Outside of her professional life, Liza enjoys being a full-time mom and caring for her lively farm of chickens, turkeys, and pigs. A former tattoo artist who quickly realized she wasn’t built to sit still, she channels that same creative energy into her personal life, her consulting work, and her community. Inspired deeply by her mother—who returned to college in her late 40s and graduated in her 50s—Liza embraces challenges with determination and grace. She supports the ASPCA, appreciates the humor and adventure in life (gator wrangling included), and brings the same warmth to her clients that she brings to her home. Always open to new partnerships and conversations, Liza is passionate about helping teams and brands succeed through leadership, compassion, and strategic clarity.

I’ve always been motivated by a strong sense of independence, which pushes me to work hard, strive for excellence, and never rely on anyone else to define my path or possibilities.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it’s never too late to pursue your dreams or start something new. That perspective has grounded me throughout my journey, reminding me that growth has no deadline and that reinvention is always possible when you’re willing to take the first step.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to young women entering this industry is to trust your abilities, invest in building genuine relationships, and be mindful of how you communicate. Confidence opens doors, networking sustains your momentum, and the way you engage with others can shape every opportunity that follows.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is the sales component. While it can be demanding, it also offers a powerful avenue for growth, relationship-building, and expanding your impact. Mastering the sales side not only strengthens your skill set but also opens doors to greater influence and long-term success.

Q
