Lizz Pellet

Lizz Pellet has spent over 30 years in the field of human resources. She began with a degree in hotel restaurant management and work in hospitality before transitioning to healthcare for eight years and then manufacturing, where she earned recognition as the queen of conflict resolution. After starting her own HR consulting business around 1996 and selling it in 2015, she returned to corporate roles from 2017 to 2025 as a director of talent management and director of learning and education. Lizz holds an advanced degree and completed a fellowship at Johns Hopkins University focused on organizational change. She spent 10 years on the Global Guru List for organizational development and has authored three books on organizational culture, change, and staffing. She is currently writing a memoir on recovery, mental illness, and trauma while pursuing a certification in AI and HR through Cornell. Lizz is a member of the Authorpreneurship community with Hay House and focuses on talent strategy, generational differences, and the impact of AI in organizations.
