01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to the incredible people who have supported, encouraged, and believed in me throughout my journey. My sons, Miguel A. Villa and Eric Villa, have always been a source of inspiration and motivation, while my husband and #1 mentor, Bill H. Noble, has encouraged me to believe in myself and continue reaching for new opportunities. I am also deeply grateful to the managers and supervisors who have mentored me, challenged me to grow, and believed in my potential as I continued to pursue my career path. Their guidance and support have played an important role in helping me become the professional and woman I am today.

Do things because you want to and you're passionate about them, not because someone expects it from you!

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to stay strong and never allow anyone to convince you that you cannot accomplish something. Push yourself, work hard, and remain determined to reach the goals you have set for yourself. The more effort you put into achieving what you want, the sooner you will begin to see the results of that hard work. Challenges should not define your limits; they should motivate you to keep moving forward.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My family is one of the most important sources of motivation in my life. I want to demonstrate to them that being a woman or experiencing difficult circumstances, does not mean that you have to stop pursuing your goals. Challenges can become motivation to continue moving forward, grow, and reach even greater heights. I want to show my family and others that difficult experiences do not have to hold us back; instead, they can encourage us to keep going, work toward where we want to be, and ultimately go even further.
