What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to honesty, transparency, and building strong relationships with my customers. Throughout my career, I have prioritized being open and straightforward, guiding clients toward solutions that truly work for them and setting realistic expectations when something may not be the best fit. I value transparency above all, and I take pride in doing my work with integrity and dedication, always striving to deliver the best results possible.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never give up and be prepared to work harder than anyone expects—sometimes ten times harder—to prove yourself. Confidence is key: be 100% confident in yourself and in what you’re offering. Stay positive, handle challenges with grace, and don’t let negativity affect your mindset. Building genuine connections, even in difficult situations, can turn obstacles into opportunities and help you thrive in a competitive environment.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it remains predominantly male, which can create emotional and cultural hurdles for women in sales and leadership. I’ve found that staying positive, not letting negativity affect you, and building genuine rapport with others are essential strategies for navigating difficult interactions. At the same time, these challenges present opportunities: by demonstrating resilience, confidence, and strong relationship-building skills, women can stand out, influence outcomes, and drive meaningful change in the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are transparency, honesty, and dedication. I prioritize being open and straightforward with everyone I interact with, and I take great care to ensure that the work I produce is of the highest quality. Upholding these values allows me to build trust, maintain integrity, and consistently deliver my best.
