Lois Baynham

I am a people-first HR leader, founder, and community advocate passionate about helping organizations and individuals unlock their full potential.

I am the Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer of Unlabelled and Limitless, where I focus on empowering people to move beyond labels, challenge limiting beliefs, and create meaningful impact in their careers and lives.

I also founded The HR Collaborative, where I serve as a Fractional People Leader, partnering with organizations to design and implement strategic HR programs, build inclusive cultures, and develop leadership capabilities that support sustainable growth.

Previously, I served as Head of Human Resources at Cloud9 Technologies, LLC, where I led people strategy, talent development, and HR operations. My earlier experience as an HR Business Partner strengthened my ability to align people strategies with business goals and use data-driven insights to support organizational success.

I am also proud to be a Founding Member of TroopHR, a national community of people leaders committed to learning, collaboration, and advancing the impact of HR across organizations.

In addition to my professional work, I served as President of the Board of Directors for 219 - 229 West 144th Street HDFC, where I advocated for affordable housing and worked with community leaders to support residents and strengthen neighborhood stability.
