Lolita Carry

I'm a global energy leader working at ENGIE North America as Director of Investment and Portfolio Strategy, focusing on clean energy, renewables, and batteries. In my role, I steer the strategic direction for the executive committee, leading the business plan and ensuring alignment with the global growth objectives of ENGIE in North America, which is aligned with the ENGIE Group, a multinational headquartered in France. I develop and implement the long-term financial trajectory with roughly a $10 billion capital allocation plan. I grow the project pipeline, comprising of battery energy storage, wind and solar projects mainly, and lead the investment approvals for those projects. I shape the pipeline with cross-influence throughout the company, working with the development team, economic analysis, sales team, delivery team, operations team, and more. I've been doing this work over the past 17 years in different regions of the world for ENGIE. I've worked in LA, Mexico, worked for an executive vice president from the executive committee in France, Paris, and before that, I was in Dubai. I've been in the U.S. for the past couple of years and am currently pursuing my MBA at UT Austin at McCombs School of Business.
